How to find us.

From Ashbourne, follow the signs for the B5035, Carsington Water, Wirksworth and Matlock.  As you drop down into the village of Kniveton you will see the Red Lion pub on your left at the bottom of the hill.  As you begin to climb up again, about 75 yards on your left you will find two cottages with a privet hedge to the front.  Upper Bank House is the second of these.

Approaching Kniveton from the Wirksworth/Matlock direction on the B5035 and passing Carsington Water on your left, after a mile you begin to drop down the hill into the village.  Passing the church on your left, and just before reaching the bottom of the hill, Upper Bank House is on your right.  The image to the right is the view you will have of the cottage when approaching from this direction.
